Made solely from stock born and bred in Italy, and sea salt, San Daniele prosciutto is the finest, most delicious and arguably the most legendary prosciutto in the world. It will be 'love at first bite.' It was for us at least - after all, we did name our restaurant after our favorite snack!

Our small plates concept offers guests new ways to be surprised and delighted. We take pride in sourcing the highest-quality ingredients from Texas farms and local partners.  We import our olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Parmigiana Reggiano, Prosciutto di San Daniele and sea salt because we feel they are distinct flavors in creating a delicious Italian meal. Menu highlights include fresh pastas made in-house daily, meats, poultry, seafood, and celebrated Italian classics with a modern twist. And to enhance your dining experience, we have an eclectic selection of wines, signature cocktails and craft beers.
